Company newsletter.
It moved in the newsletter. How come it doesn't move on our page?
I thought these things just magically work.
blogger automagically converts gif to jpg when you upload, so you lose the animated part...
I had the same problem. Solution: host the .gif on another site (like imageshack), then link to it.
