I find it oddly comforting that everything that we are is of no significance whatsoever in the universe. It helps me to keep an even keel. Our screwups and triumphs are of little real consequence.

So, do you find it disturbing, or comforting to thinking about our accidental lives on a tiny speck among the vastness of the cosmos?
